Service Description

This is a package of 4 sessions for $225 Each session tends to be between 45 minutes & 1 hour depending on how much you decide to share about what comes up for you. Our sessions take place over the Zoom platform. When you book here, you will book your first session, and we will book subsequent sessions together at that first session. 🌟 When we go through emotionally taxing experiences in our life - when we are made to feel small or that our ideas are insignificant, go thru a big break up, receive a medical diagnosis, someone you love dies, your mother or you yourself had a difficult pregnancy or birth... perhaps your childhood was difficult, you suffered from being bullied... Honestly there are so many different scenarios, I couldn't name them all but we can all think of things in our life that affected us deeply and perhaps we pushed the emotions we were feeling down and numbed out a bit. Our heart can build a wall around it to protect it from further hurt and anguish, a protector of feeling too much grief and uncertainty, and then emotions can get trapped in this Heart Wall. . Our body also takes on trapped emotions. . When we have trapped emotions in our body or Heart Wall it can be difficult for us to give and feel love, to attract abundance in life, to feel joy and see life with a positive mentality, to trust ourself and others and can even lead to physical discomforts. . It’s been shown that 94% of us have a heart wall… And it’s no wonder… . Life throws a lot at us and we aren’t always taught how to process emotions or work thru big heartaches! . In my work with folks I help them to clear out trapped emotions both from their Heart Wall and their body, helping them to live life more fully, believe in their worth , find the root of a bit of physical, or mental pain, and be able to see their path from a heart centered point of view with them at the helm! . Together we can release your trapped emotions, get you feeling and seeing your way forward through letting go of what you no longer need to carry! *You will have 8 weeks to use your 4 sessions. Flexibility will be given for extenuating circumstances. We just need to have a conversation about it!

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. In times where this is not available to you, please contact me as soon as possible. Appointment must be rescheduled within 48 hours of original appointment.
